We stand behind the quality of our products sold through our website and in the store. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please find our return policy below.
Returns
DUE TO THE IMPORTANCE AND SAFETY ON HOW SUPPLEMENTS ARE HANDLED WITH TEMPERATURE AND STORAGE REQUIREMENTS, IMMUNITY DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OF ANY SUPPLEMENTS.
OTHER Items may be returned within 10 days of the delivery date, by mail. Post fees will nee to be paid by customer. Returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in with the seal unbroken, and be accompanied by a receipt. In the event that there is no receipt, a store credit may be issued at the discretion of management. To return your product, you must obtain a manager’s approval for a refund or exchange by contacting order@immunityhealth.com or +1 833-484-6348. All refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please ship your return to the address below:

International orders
If an international order is returned to us because it did not pass customs, the shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund once all products are returned to us in their original condition. IMMUNITY is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in the country of delivery. All IMMUNITY merchandize must be received by our returns department in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
